These works comprised major structural alterations and refurbishment in a live private sector hospital.

Working collaboratively with our supply chain, we successfully delivered the new theatre and UCV (Ultra Clean Ventilation) system whilst maintaining the live hospital environment for our client, Circle Health Group.

The existing space required significant structural alterations to create the new operating facility. Temporary works were designed and installed to support the existing structure and roof whilst beams were cut and carved. Reinforced beams were formed in-situ to create the new space. These works were conducted out of hours due to their intrusive nature and being next to a live theatre.

On completion of the structural alterations, we commenced the remaining works to create a modern operating theatre, including:

• MEP services
• Medical gases
• UPS and IPS systems
• Bender operating control panel with automated entrance doors 
• Wall finishes
