Alterations of an existing space to provide an Igniter room where complex igniter materials can be assembled within controlled conditions.  Works comprised the strip out of the existing space,  formation of new insulated walls and installation of MEP services providing humidity and temperature controlled conditions within a high security environment.

Due to all works being carried out in a live, high security environment, we planned all works meticulously with the facilities management team to ensure minimal disruption.

Demolition of existing buildings within the secure site to create usable space for a site development programme. Prior to commencing works a refurbishment and demolition survey was completed. Licensed removal works were identified, and the removal was undertaken before the careful deconstruction of the existing buildings and removal earth banks and concrete retaining walls.
