Having previously completed a renovation of a few floors within the building, Krypton were invited back to completely strip out, alter, and refurbish the 2nd floor of this central London clinic located just off Harley Street.

The refurbishment required isolation and strip out of existing space and services, installation of new M&E services providing general lighting and feature lighting, cooling, heating, DB rated acoustic walls and ceilings to mitigate sound transfer between consulting rooms. 

Due to the 1st and 3rd floor being live theatres and offices, we programmed potentially disruptive works around the tenants requirements. To connect the plumbing to the existing pipework on the floor below, we needed access to a live theatre. To work around this, we programmed this out of hours with prior consent from the tenants.

The contemporary space was created incorporating oak flooring, glazed screens, joinery to doors and bespoke cabinetry. The new space was brought to life with the installation of tastefully designed FF&E installed to provide a quality warm and welcoming space.
