Project Profile

The scope of works comprised:

• The repointing of original brickwork
• Brick replacement where required
• Re-bedding and replacement of coping stones

To facilitate these works, the Krypton project team undertook early engagement and meetings with the local authority and our scaffolding sub-contractor to ensure that all parties were happy with our proposals and the relevant licenses were in place well in advance of starting onsite. 

Challenge & Solution

Due to proximity of our works to the public, regular audits were undertaken by our independent health and safety advisor to ensure the works were continually undertaken to our high standards. 

Again to mitigate disruption to the branch, the works were delivered over a number of phases and regular scoping and sign off meetings were undertaken with the client team to ensure the works were completed to a high standard and within a suitable timeframe.
